The service
YEETAPULT is a single-player 3D physics cooking game for browsers and Android (Solana Seeker), published by DevFridge, founded by Michele Angelo Forlani (publisher page). In these terms, “we” means the publisher. Contact welcome@devfridge.cool for support, complaints or permission requests. The Privacy policy explains how information is handled.
Your permission to play
You receive a limited, non-exclusive licence to play YEETAPULT for your personal entertainment, subject to these terms and any applicable store conditions. It does not transfer ownership of the game or its assets. Except where the law allows it or the rights holder gives written permission, you may not extract or reuse the game's code, artwork, models, music or sounds in another product, distribute modified copies, or commercially exploit them. Third-party and AI-generated materials remain subject to their own rights and terms. Nothing here restricts rights or exceptions that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Access and availability
Classic, Lab and shared challenges are free and need no wallet. Each Brainrot character can be played for 24 hours with a Season Pass for that character's token. Features can change while the game is in development. The game depends on your device, wallet and network services, and we cannot promise their uninterrupted availability.
Wallet connection and transactions
YEETAPULT is non-custodial: signing happens in your wallet, and the game never asks for your seed phrase or private key. Review every request before approving it, including network, token, program, amount, duration and fees. Do not approve an unexpected transaction. Confirmed blockchain transactions are public and generally cannot be reversed by us. Network congestion or infrastructure failures can delay or prevent confirmation; if the game shows that a result is not known, check the transaction on a Solana explorer before trying again.
Season Pass
A Brainrot Season Pass uses 0.01 SOL to buy that character's token and holds the bought tokens on-chain in the existing DevFridge Fridge program for 24 hours, in one transaction you approve. Network fees and account rent are added and shown before approval. After the 24 hours the owner can move the tokens back; a 2% fee then buys and burns PASTA, and an available market route is required. A pass does not authorize repeated charges or automatic renewal. Clearing game data, disconnecting your wallet or uninstalling the app does not shorten a confirmed holding period or release tokens early. YEETAPULT is an entertainment product: a pass or a token held on-chain is not a promise of profit, yield or resale value, and token values can fall. Game descriptions and sponsor listings are not investment advice.
Consumer rights and refunds
Your mandatory consumer rights remain intact, including any applicable rights concerning defective digital content, refunds, withdrawal and remedies. Blockchain irreversibility does not exclude a remedy the law requires us to provide. If a transaction or paid feature fails, or you want to exercise a legal right, write to welcome@devfridge.cool with the date, the feature and the transaction signature. Never send a seed phrase or private key. Where an EEA right of withdrawal applies, the usual period for an online contract is 14 days; these terms alone do not waive it.
Acceptable use
The game has no user-written content: dish names come from fixed word lists. Do not interfere with the RPC proxy, other services or other players, or exploit vulnerabilities; report problems to the support address instead.
Sponsored content and external services
Free play shows an OnlyFridge Club promotion and sponsored-token cards from DevFridge Scan. Sponsored content, external sites and wallet providers have their own terms. A listing is not a guarantee of a third party's product, token or conduct.
Responsibility and disputes
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits responsibility that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including mandatory consumer protections. Please contact us first so we can try to resolve a problem. These terms do not require you to give up access to a competent court or consumer authority available under applicable law. We may update these terms for future use and will give any notice or obtain any agreement the law requires for a material change. Changes do not retroactively remove rights arising from an earlier transaction.
