Privacy policy

Who we are
This policy covers the YEETAPULT game, its web version at games.devfridge.cool/yeetapult and its Android app. YEETAPULT is published by DevFridge, founded by Michele Angelo Forlani (publisher page). In this policy, “we” means the publisher, who is the data controller for the personal data we process for our own purposes as described below. For privacy questions or requests, contact welcome@devfridge.cool and name the app.
Information and processing
The game has no accounts and no game server. It does not collect your name, email, location or contacts. If you connect a wallet, your public wallet address is used in your browser or app to read public Solana data and to prepare transactions you approve. Signing happens in your wallet; YEETAPULT never asks for your seed phrase or private key.
On-device storage
Saved on your device only: stars per order, discovered dishes, language and sound settings, and records of Season Pass requests you started (wallet address, token, transaction signature and status) so an interrupted request is never sent twice. Clearing the site data or uninstalling the app removes them. It does not reverse a blockchain transaction.
Service providers and external links
Hosting. Vercel hosts the website, the game and our server functions. Vercel receives web requests and associated technical information, such as IP addresses. See the Vercel Privacy Policy. RPC proxy. To read blockchain state and check your Season Pass, the game sends Solana remote procedure call (RPC) requests to our own proxy at games.devfridge.cool/api/rpc, hosted on Vercel. The proxy accepts only the read and simulation methods the game needs, forwards them to Alchemy, our Solana Mainnet RPC provider, and does not store request contents or write wallet addresses or IP addresses to application logs. Request contents can include public wallet addresses, token accounts, transaction signatures and unsigned transaction data. See the Alchemy Privacy Notice. Sponsors. In free play only, the game shows an OnlyFridge Club promotion before each round and a sponsored-token card. The sponsor list comes from our server function at games.devfridge.cool/api/sponsors, which fetches it server-side from DevFridge Scan; logos load from scan.devfridge.cool. Sponsor requests do not include your wallet address. Opening a promotion or sponsor link takes you out of the game to a service with its own terms and privacy policy. Fonts. The web version loads fonts from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address. Wallets. Phantom or the Mobile Wallet Adapter wallet you choose has its own privacy practices. Support. If you email us, we receive your email address, your message and anything you choose to attach. Please never send private keys, seed phrases or unnecessary sensitive information. The game does not include an analytics SDK, advertising-tracking cookies or behavioural advertising profiles.
Purposes and legal bases
Where data-protection law requires a legal basis, we process information necessary to provide the game and the wallet features you request in order to perform our agreement with you. We handle support requests and the information reasonably necessary to keep the service secure on the basis of our legitimate interests in operating YEETAPULT, subject to your rights. We may retain information when needed to meet a legal obligation.
Retention and deletion
Local data follows the device-storage lifecycle described above. We keep support emails only as long as reasonably needed to deal with the request, meet applicable obligations or establish, exercise or defend legal claims. Hosting and RPC providers may keep infrastructure logs and technical metadata, including IP addresses, according to their own settings and terms. Blockchain transactions are public and permanent: we cannot remove or rewrite a confirmed on-chain record. This does not remove any privacy rights you have over data within our control. Network services may process information in countries other than your own, and a public blockchain is accessible worldwide.
Your choices and rights
You can clear local storage in your device or browser settings, and disconnect or revoke the app's authorization in your wallet. Doing so does not delete public transactions or release tokens held on-chain before a Season Pass period ends. Depending on the law that applies to you, you may request access, correction, erasure, restriction or portability of your personal data, object to processing based on legitimate interests, or withdraw consent where processing relies on it. Write to welcome@devfridge.cool and include only what is needed to identify your request. We may need proportionate verification before disclosing or changing data. You may also complain to your local data-protection authority; for European residents, the European Data Protection Board lists the relevant authorities.
Age and audience
The core game is free and needs no wallet. Wallet features and the Season Pass involve real crypto-assets: use them only if you have the legal capacity or permission required where you live, both for the game and for your wallet service. If you believe a child has given us personal information, contact us so we can review it.
Changes
We will update this page when features or data practices change. The date above identifies the current version. A material change requiring notice or consent will be handled as required by applicable law.
